All Inclusive Resorts In Mexico For Adults Only

Susan asks…

What is the best destination for a relaxing honeymoon?

in a rather warm climate

Tijuana answers:

Definitely a cruise. It’s relaxing, and they pamper you the whole time. The food is delicious and it just an all around great experience. You can go to the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii and the list goes on. In my opinion it is the best and most relaxing way to travel. For a slighly more luxurious line I would go with something like Celebrity, for a nice mid-range cruise Royal Caribbean is very popular and for a younger crowd with more parties Carnival.

If you aren’t into cruising, than I would recommend a nice all inclusive resort somewhere. You can do adult-only places, but I think they usually run a little more. But Sandals, Beaches, Club Med, they are all really great.

Hope this helps!

Steven asks…

Very good hotels in playa del carmen mexico???

I want to go with my family to a hotel in playa del carmen mexico. I need someone to recommend me a very good hotel, i mean like 4 or 5 stars becuase the ones I have been looking at, like the rius for example, i can see have great facilities yet the rooms look terrible. I would like something with great facilities AND rooms.
Do you know any?

Tijuana answers:

Looks as though you would be very happy with Playacar Palace. (I was there 09/07) The resort is great and the rooms are very nice. The best thing about the resort is it’s location. It is located just one block south of 5th Ave. One block away from the ferry, but it is in a very quiet area. You can also take the ferry over to Cozumel and use the Cozumel Palace as well. Great snorkeling right in front of the Coz Palace and the snorkeling equipment is included. The Palaces allow their guest to use any of the other resorts, so if you want to go to one of the Palace resorts in Cancun you can and enjoy the all-inclusives at that resort.

Most of the other really nice hotels in Playa are adult onlys. The Royal Hideaway is great, but all guest must be at least 13 years old.

If the all-inclusive is not a priority, you may want to check into a condo. There are some very nice condos availible in Playa., Luna Encantada condos are very nice, recently built and individually owned. Located right in town and on the beach. This is a great option if you are going to be active and away from the resort. Playa has a very nice grocery store called Mega, but of course you will be on your own as far as food goes, if you stay in a condo. There are some really good restaurants in PDC.

I could go on and on about PDC and the Yucatan area. If you have any questions about the tours and what are your best options, feel free to contact me.

George asks…

recommend hotels in Cancun Mexico. What is Cancun like as a resort & what will the weather be like in november

4 adults 2 children ages 8 & 3 would like to know of hotels in cancun Mexico fully inclusive & good for children.Has anyone been to the Aquamarine Beach hotel? if so what is it like.

Tijuana answers:

The moon palace is NOT in Cancun, it is outside and a long drive/bus ride from the centre.

November is right at the end of the rainy season so you may see a little rain but I have been 3 times in the middle of the rainy season and at most had one dull day, it is roasting hot all year.

Aquamarine hotel is fantastic along with nearly EVERY hotel, they are all 4/5 star and as long as you go with a good travel company they will all be good. Make sure you shop around for prices though as we managed to save over £200 per person each time.
