Lisa asks…

Which is the best car seat for a 9-month-old?

We’ve been using Group 0 car seat for my 9 month old son which came with his pram, but we need to buy a bigger one soon since he cannot fit in the old one, and it’s time to move on to Group 1 (9-18kg). There are a lot of options on the market and we cannot decide which one to buy, since his safety is the utmost important thing. We’ve seen MaxiCosi, Britax and Concorde, any advice on those, or any other brand you’ve been using???

Tijuana answers:

I would only ever buy the Maxi Cosi I think they are by far the best. Had the maxi cosi Cabrio Fix, then upgraded to the Maxi Cosi Tobi. Excellent

Joseph asks…

Does the standard maxi cosi cabrio car seat fit in the maxi cosi easyfix base?

Not the maxi cosi cabrio easy fix car seat, just the standard one?

Tijuana answers:

I think you want the “Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix” rather than the standard one.

Sandra asks…

Are the Maxi Cosi PRIORI SPS/XP the same seats as the Priorifix?

Are the Maxi Cosi PRIORI SPS/XP the same seats as the Priorifix?
Hello I have just purchased a new spare cover for our new Maxi Cosi Priorifix. I purchased online and have just realised the description stated the cover was for a Priori car seat and the company listed the SPS and XP as the two seats it fitted – I know I can return the cover but I like the colour and this was the only store carrying it. Is the Priorifix the same as the XP and will the cover fit – I do not want to take it out o the packaging if it does not fit.

Thanks for any help in advance

Tijuana answers:

Basically the Priorifix is the XP except suitable for IsoFix while the XP is for use with seatbelt only. The same cover will fit.
