Mexico All Inclusive Family

Thomas asks…

Inexpensive Cancun, Mexico family vacation in November??

Tijuana answers:

It really just depends on what you are looking for. My boyfriend and I are going to Cancun November 1-6th, and we paid $2,300 for round trip airfare, the hotel, arranged pickup and drop off at airport in Mexico, and two tours through expedia. It really wans’t that bad considering we are staying at the Hilton Golf and Spa resort. It is a five start hotel and is beautiful. I would suggest looking at it on Expedia.com
If your looking to do an all-inclusive, go ahead. BUT, the hotels that offer that are not as nice as ones that are not. If you think of it, after paying for the hotel, air, etc. And then paying for your food/drinks, it pretty much adds up to be the same as you would pay for all-inclusive, and your would be staying at a MUCH nicer hotel. Serious, check out the Hilton! =) If you have kids, there are tons of pools and swim up bars (for you and your wife of course) I suggest this highly!!! Maybe I will see you there! =)

John asks…

Where to use Amex points for family vacation, Mexico or Carribean, NO all-inclusives?

I hate crowds

Tijuana answers:

Mexican caribbean : Cozumel is a Island in Mexico were you get the blue watters and white sand of Cnacun but without crowds (In fact Cancun it’s so lagre than you don’t feel crowds there excpeting in April or March by the springbreakers, but the most of the time Cancun is great)
