Visit Mexico In December

Sandra asks…

What is a great all-inclusive hotel in Mazatlan, Mexico to honeymoon at?

I’m going on my honeymoon from December 13th – December 23rd. I was wondering where a great all-inclusive hotel was (alcohol and food included).

Some names I’ve run by are…
Margaritas Hotel and Tennis Club
Azteca Inn
La Siesta
Costa de Oro Beach Hotel
Las Flores Beach Resort
Hotel Playa Mazatalan
Inn At Mazatlan

I just don’t know how to choose between these! All of the hotels are within our $1000 budget!

Tijuana answers:

Margaritas Hotel and Tennis Club, not on the beach.
Azteca Inn, also not on the beach.

Costa de Oro Beach Hotel, a great hotel on the beach. Wonderful service and great location.

Las Flores Beach Resort, nice hotel on the beach 2 swimming pools good service

Hotel Playa Mazatalan, beautiful hotel on the beach, very good service nice location

Inn At Mazatlan, a nice hotel on the beach, good service good location.

I have stayed at hotel playa once it was very nice and would be a good spot for a honeymoon.

Also stayed once at Inn at mazatlan. Nice hotel and a another good spot for honeymoon.

Have visited Los Flores many times love the sunset view from the bar here.

Stayed at Costa 6 times now, this is my hotel of choice. I love it here. It would be a great spot for a honeymoon.

Last i heard you can stay at any of these hotels and you get your drinks free there , but can eat at the other hotels listed here for a change. This applies to all the hotels except for La siesta and Margaritas

Linda asks…

How can you get an emergency visa to US from Mexico?

My daughter’s husband is a Mexican citizen and lives in Mexico, and they have been trying to get him up here. Her last visit she got pregnant. Now she is back up here and he is down there and the baby is due in December. Is there a way to get him an emergency visa to come up to be here when the baby is born? Does having a baby constitute as an emergency? This will be their first child. She is an American citizen.

Tijuana answers:

Having a baby is not an emergency. In fact,if they use that as a reason for his visit,he will probably be denied because they assume he will not return to Mexico.
He has to apply for a visitors visa. If he has ever been deported, any visa he applies for will be denied.

John asks…

Vacation ideas for boy recovering from surgery on February and April school vacation week?

I am planning for 2 vacations, one in February and one in April, both on school vacation weeks.
It is going to be 3 adults and my 15 yo son who is recovering from big orthopedic surgery (he’ll be all healed by then), so is important for him to go somewhere warm, sunny and fun.
We’ve been to Mexico already so we are looking for other destinations now.
Do you know of any places where we can have all inclusive with more activities, excursions and night life nearby?

Tijuana answers:

Barbados is a beautiful island. Lots of lovely scenery and so much to do, morning noon and night. In Barbados you can never get bored because there is something for every type of person to take part in. Barbados is also romatic. Activites for kids and older ones…you will not regret visiting Barbados! The island has great beaches and is wonderful for shopping too! There is great night life in Barbados!!

As it relates to accommodation, there is a lovely resort in Barbados called The Barbados Beach Club. This is along the South Coast and has a lovely beach view.

The Barbados Beach Club is an all inclusive resort which offers breakfast, lunch, after noon tea, dinner, unlimited drinks, an exercise room (gym), pool aerobics, snorkeling, scuba diving lessons, windsurfing, Hobie cat cruises, beach volley ball, games room, free shuttle service to and from the main town and soooo much more. The activities that are included in this all-inclusive package are astounding. This hotel is located about 5 minutes from St.Lawrence Gap which has ALOT of night life in it…you will definitly find somewhere to go in that gap…for all ages too!

The Barbados beach club has 3 restaurants on site and one of them is buffet the other two are a la carte. The two a la carte are seafood and the other is Italian.

This is a wonderful resort in a wonderful island; you should come and explore it for yourself my friend.

They also have a special going up to December 15th, 2009…you get 45% discount off the rate:

For more information about the price for the time period you are considering then contact them below:
